About the job Our client is a dynamic and innovative solar company which is dedicated to providing green energy solution to meet customers' renewable energy goals. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. This role will be responsible for building the company’s business pipeline with duties include identifying business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential. This role will account for achieving set capacity target, revenue target and profitability goals. Responsibilities Identify & develop new business opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with strategic business partners. Cooperate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver new business and pursue business opportunities to their maximum potential. Conduct techno-commercial analysis and prepare business proposals for potential clients and internal stakeholders. Identify timely new opportunities in the form of the tenders and RFQs, work on submissions and attraction of right partners. Scout new markets and identify new business opportunities, propose and execute market entry modes. Take on ad-hoc projects as instructed by the Headquarters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business At least 1-2 year of experience working in B2B industry in BD or other commercial function with focus on a designated region, preferably with work experience in energy-related sector especially PV. Experience working in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical mindset, ability to convert facts into insights. Strong business acumen Proven proactive approach to business development. Ability to work autonomously and multi-task. Headquartered in Singapore, we have an active presence in over 10 countries, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee renewable energy project developments in Philippines, and report to Country / Regional Project Manager Key Responsibilities: · Lead the planning and execution of solar projects from initiation to completion. · Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. · Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met. · Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. · Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. · Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. · Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. · Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. · Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed.
