Territory Sales Manager

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    The job holder manages the delivering of sales objectives in assigned Regions or territories. Executing based on the initiatives and manage trade budget within the guidelines and monitor results and suggest any possible enhancement on sales strategy.

    This is an individual contributor role, primarily focused on overseeing distributors.

    • Reporting directly to: GT Head
    • Individual Contributor
    • Working location: Mekong Delta

    Job Responsibilities

    • Developing strong rapport with the Distributor across all levels. Key contact for distributor management from selection, operations and business review.
    • Building strategic partnerships and identifies key opportunities with key clientele to ensure business alignments.
    • In charge in monitoring and updating market & competitor’s intelligence, create and execute regional programs pertaining to market gaps within the territories and channels.
    • Reviewing Distributor’s coverage, sales effectiveness, as well as identifying new customers, optimizing opportunities in expanding the company’s growth.
    • Connecting and collaborating with Distributor and HRBP in accomplishing regional sales objectives and working on talent recruiting, onboarding, and training development. Work with training team on coaching and addressing capability improvement.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduated from College Degree above, related major such as Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economic
    • At least 5 years of experience in managing sales team and territory assignment from FMCG/Consumer products and it is a plus if you have knowledge of brand & category management. Proven track record in a sales management role.
    • Well versed of sales, coverage or territory principles and building strategic partnerships with clients/customers across and with outstanding Distributor management experience.
    • Successful incumbent must have:
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
    • Proactive, innovative and an excellent team player
    • Committed to drive high business demand and results
    • Strong Analytical skills with ability to be strategic and detailed orientated
    • Confident in Public speaking, fluency in English communication is a must for this role.
