8.30 AM - 12.30 AM (Saturday)
Responsibilities
- Make calls based on available data to consult and introduce promotional programs and product pricing to potential customers.
 - Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions to support customers with products, services, and pricing.
 - Process orders and track the delivery status of orders.
 - Build and maintain relationships with customers during and after order fulfillment.
 - Support customers through various channels, including Call, Chat, and Email.
 - No fieldwork is required, no need to find new customers, and the available customer base includes restaurants, food outlets, and wholesale/retail stores.
 
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher (must still have the diploma).
 - At least 6 months of experience in positions such as telesales, customer service, or call center agent.
 - Good communication skills with the ability to consult and persuade customers.
 - Basic computer skills (office applications).
