What You'll Do:
- Architect scalable backend systems with Golang.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers.
- Drive the entire software development process from start to finish.
- Work with various teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality and enforce best practices.
- Communicate technical plans directly with clients.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of development experience with a focus on backend.
- Deep expertise in Golang, including Go routines and clean architecture.
- Proven leadership experience in a team environment.
- Strong understanding of APIs, security, and performance.
- Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
What We'd Love to See:
- Background in banking/finance.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Jira.
