- Connect with businesses
- Promote sourcing and activation booths in authorized businesses
- In order to increase acquisition rates for personal products including payroll, personal loans, and mortgage loans as well as cross-sell Bancassurance, manage and maintain corporate relationships.
- Adapt market/bank conditions and offer solutions to meet the sales goal and aim
- Organize team members to achieve the goal.
- Sales performance evaluation and communication
Requirements
- At least 8 years experiences in banking, especially in SME, FDI Segmentation in Retail Banking Product
- Excellent in coaching, and leadership skills
- Strong relationship with SME, FDI clients
