Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across the Vietnam market, from hiring requirement discussions and sourcing strategy development to candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, hiring managers, local HR teams, and regional or China headquarters stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure successful delivery of recruitment objectives.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives through diverse sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job portals, employee referrals, market mapping, competitor analysis, and direct engagement with passive candidates.
- Establish and maintain robust talent pipelines for key functions such as logistics, supply chain, operations, sales, commercial, and corporate support roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication effectively and maintaining strong engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment activities and provide stakeholders with regular updates on hiring progress, talent availability, market trends, and competitor intelligence.
- Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes, employer branding activities, and long-term talent pool development to support future business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in hiring within the Vietnam market.
- Strong sourcing and recruitment execution skills, particularly in direct sourcing, Boolean search, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience recruiting for logistics, supply chain, operations, sales, commercial, e-commerce, or other high growth business functions is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and candidates. Strong professional communication skills in English are also essential.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and a solid understanding of the local talent market are preferred.
- Previous experience working with Chinese multinational companies, cross-border organizations, technology firms, retail businesses, logistics providers, or other fast-growing environments is a significant advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and multitasking abilities, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Vietnam.
