Responsibilities:
This position will be reporting to Deputy General Director, duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage planning of audits. Ensure audit reports are accuracy and completed on time
- Coordinator with Program Managers, Certifiers to ensure certification are made on time
- Recruitment of new auditors
- Training and monitoring of new auditors
- Perform shadow audits and parallel audit when necessary
- Perform on site audits if necessary
- Perform annual performance appraisal of related auditors, business development executives and assistants.
- Approve quotation
- Manage relationship with clients/prospects.
- Propose strategy and participate in sales and marketing process for programs in charge
- Support in development of new programs
- Assist in handling of complaints and appeals

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Forestry/Environment
- Working experience as an consultant at least 3 years
- Working experience in related industry at least 10 years,
- Audit/Consultancy experience at least 3 years
- Fluency in English
- Able to travel abroad
