Location: Long An (no shuttle bus provided)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee warehouse, logistics, production planning, and customer service operations.
- Plan and allocate production capacity, raw materials, and transport resources.
- Manage import/export activities, customs duties, and product distribution.
- Ensure effective communication between Sales, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Negotiate and manage logistics and transport agreements; evaluate suppliers annually.
- Support costing and pricing, ensuring alignment with Finance and Group standards.
- Optimize systems (SAP Rockbis) and document all processes.
- Lead and develop team members, ensuring training, performance, and succession planning.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to company strategy.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (or related).
- 8–10 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally from manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience managing teams and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; strong leadership and problem-solving ability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Deep knowledge of production planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
- Experience with SAP systems and cost control.
- Compliance-oriented mindset with understanding of Vietnam import/export and labor regulations.
