Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and optimizing all supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, supplier management, and facility operations. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, cost control, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from material planning to delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance and cost efficiency.
- Supervise purchasing, customs, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers; lead supplier evaluation and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and logistics.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and related policies.
- Ensure full compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
- Provide analytical and operational support to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, including proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.
- Proficient in English, with strong organizational, analytical, and leadership abilities.
- Able to work under pressure with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
