Key Responsibility:
- Directs accurate and timely updates to the SAP MPS/MRP system to support weekly and daily production and supply chain planning.
- Monitor inventory levels, be proactive in inventory reduction solutions
- Manage capacity planning and determine excess capacity. Recommend adjustments to ensure optimal throughput and cost effectiveness.
- Manage weekly and daily dispatch schedules, and maintain priorities to achieve 100% on-time customer deliveries and efficient production throughput.
- Lead material handling, warehouse operations, inventory control operations to ensure efficient material movement, and accurate inventory recording and storage.
- Track program launches and product changes. Implement countermeasures and adjust the planning system to avoid any errors.
- Customs declaration. Manage import and export logistics to comply with local rules and regulations
- Transport & Shipping Management. Control the cost of logistics operations.
- Develop material planning staff to maximize teamwork and technical competence in carrying out day-to-day planning and control responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
- Experience in electronic components industry is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in Chinese (must-have)
