About the job:
1. Key responsibilities:
- Knowledge of electronic quality management from IQC to FQC/OQC.
- Responsible for NPI product and Sustaining Engineering on Existing Products.
- Incoming material inspection (IQC) and warehouse management.
- First article inspection (FAI) report checking and confirm with approval sheet and SPEC.
- SMT/DIP/FATP process and WI (SOP) checking and familiar with PCBA test.
- Knowledge of using quality tools to identify and solve quality issues, such as 8D.
- Conduct product sampling verification.
- Monitor factory Final Quality Control (FQC) inspection result and track/resolve issues.
- APP function testing for QC samples (OBA).
- Support program status review from pilot run to mass production stage.
- Develop and Execute a Quality Improvement Plan.
- Support Mass Production Improvements.
2. Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of quality management experience in Consumer Electronics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering background in mechanical or electrical is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality control theory and methodology from pilot run to mass production.
- Good understanding of reliability testing and destructive experiments.
- Knowledge of consumer products specifications and related functional testing procedures.
- Good at communicating between suppliers and engineering team on quality and testing.
- Final Quality Control (FQC) on products for each shipment.
- Be proactive in finding issues on production and solve them in advance.
- English and Chinese writing and speaking skills.
- Willing to travel around in Malaysia CM in the week or weekend if needed.
