Key Responsibilities
On site data collection and analysis
- Gather and manage production site data
- Record daily quality inspection results
- Conduct statistical analysis on quality metrics including defect rate and yield rate
- Identify quality trends and prepare visual reports and charts
- Compile monthly quality performance reports
Customer support and inspection coordination
- Work closely with on site customer inspectors
- Prepare in advance for customer audit and visit schedules
- Present inspection findings and recommend corrective actions
- Incorporate customer feedback and requirements into quality processes
Quality management system administration
- Implement and maintain the ISO 9001 quality management system
- Carry out internal audits and address non-conformity issues
- Revise and maintain quality manuals and standard procedures
- Coordinate and respond to external certification audits
Interpretation between expatriates and local employees
- Translate quality-related technical guidance
- Clarify work instructions and inspection standards
- Provide interpretation support during meetings and training sessions
- Translate routine operational documents and reports
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong communication and documentation skills, TOEIC 900 or above preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience managing ISO 9001 quality systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Hardworking and sincere personality
- Based in Bac Ninh or Bac Giang
- Fluent in English or Korean
- Willing to work overtime and on weekends when required
