Key Activities
- Design and deliver end to end solution architectures for banking, e wallet, and financial services transformation initiatives, including payments, cards, digital channels, and modernization programs.
- Assess existing banking platforms, identify architectural gaps, and propose scalable, sustainable roadmap solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to define and align solution blueprints.
- Coordinate cross functional technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high performing solutions.
- Maintain architectural consistency and governance across platforms and components within the banking ecosystem.
- Proactively identify and manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) throughout the program lifecycle.
- Provide thought leadership by establishing architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with evolving industry trends.
Your Skills and Experience
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in a Solution Architect or equivalent senior technical role.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang along with relevant frameworks.
- Strong experience working within the banking or financial services domain.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, microservices, software design patterns, and API driven architectures.
- Hands on experience with modern application architectures including event driven systems and integration frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements, workshops, and solution presentations.
