Key Responsibilities
- Solution Development: Understand client requirements in detail and propose the most suitable product solutions. Analyze competitors and adapt solution strategies to local market conditions. Prepare technical configurations and pricing for tenders while addressing both technical and commercial inquiries from customers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within assigned accounts or regions. Identify customer needs, analyze market opportunities, and understand practical application scenarios.
- Sales Project Management: Manage and oversee end to end sales projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize project success and achieve regional sales targets.
- Solution Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance solutions based on customer feedback and evolving business requirements. Monitor industry developments and contribute innovative ideas to improve competitiveness.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and deliver technical documentation including requirement specifications, solution proposals, implementation reports, and tender documents.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Power Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical service, engineering, or solution support within the solar, battery energy storage systems (ESS), EV charging, or related power equipment sectors.
- Strong presentation, communication, and persuasive skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain long term customer relationships.
- Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly address technical challenges during project execution.
