Responsibilities:
- Define the overall product vision, including strategy, roadmap, business model, and pricing structure.
- Lead the end-to-end process from product planning and development to launch and post-release management.
- Monitor product performance and make enhancements as needed to meet evolving goals.
- Balance competing priorities between customer satisfaction, business value, performance metrics, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and accountability.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and align expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource use and cost control.
- Oversee project execution to ensure scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
- Assess project results against initial objectives and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all project phases, ensuring accessible and organized records.
- Provide stakeholders with frequent, transparent progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management roles.
- Solid background in product management.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Certification as a Certified Product Manager (CPM) is a plus.
