Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain SMT machine programs to support production requirements.
- Monitor SMT production lines and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing machine efficiency and production performance.
- Manage technical documentation and coordinate with related departments to ensure effective communication and execution.
- Set up and optimize SMT machine programs in accordance with production plans and schedules.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
- Analyze root causes of production defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure stable and efficient production operations while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Hold a College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Possess knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and experience operating NPM machines.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in SMT manufacturing or the electronics industry is preferred.
- Be able to communicate effectively in either Chinese or English.
