Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SMT manufacturing processes while troubleshooting issues arising on production lines.
- Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance, reduce defects, and increase yield rates.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including process validation, SOP development, and technical standard establishment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Ensure SMT production processes comply with quality standards, technical requirements, and operational procedures.
- Support the implementation of engineering changes and process improvements to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Possess solid knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes, SMT equipment operation, and failure analysis techniques.
- Demonstrate strong process improvement, project management, and teamwork skills.
- Have the ability to reduce defect rates and rework rates on SMT production lines through effective process control and improvement initiatives.
- Be capable of improving production productivity and product quality performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to complete process improvement and NPI projects according to established timelines.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Be able to communicate effectively in either Chinese or English.
