Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance for spinning or weaving machinery.
- Conduct on-site operator training and provide technical guidance to customers to ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.
- Handle customer service requests, complaints, and after-sales technical support, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting.
- Coordinate with global service teams and technical experts from Company for updates, spare parts support, and complex problem resolution.
- Prepare and submit service and installation reports, weekly activity summaries, and customer visit records as required.
- Collect and provide feedback on product quality issues, customer experience, and competitor activities to the management team.
- Promote and advise customers on genuine spare parts and technical upgrades.
- Participate in trade fairs, customer demonstrations, and technical training programs when required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Technical Service Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Textile
- Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- Candidates with strong technical/vocational backgrounds and hands-on experience in textile machinery will also be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or production within spinning or weaving environments.
- Direct experience with textile machinery such as spinning winders, yarn clearers, testing equipment, or air-jet, rapier, and water-jet looms.
- Prior work in spinning mills or weaving factories is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of either spinning (ring, compact, open-end, winding) or weaving (air jet, rapier, water jet) processes.
- Knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLC controls, sensors, and automation.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics and service documentation.
- Basic IT and software literacy for machine diagnostics, data logging, and reporting
- Fluent in Chinese or English, has B2 driver license
