Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the batch delivery and testing of devices, and on-site product fault service.
- Responsible for the overseas service centre & maintenance service centre development, training, optimization and daily rounds.
- Feedback quality problems of customers and products and solve them with CQM solution.
- Responsible for customer relationship management, improving our customer satisfaction.
- Design the product troubleshooting guide based on the local customer requirements.
- Assist the Commercial engineer in managing the spare parts.
Job requirements：
- Bachelor in Mechanical, electrical, automation and other related majors.
- 3-10 years experience in the same position
- Familiar with inverter, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.
- Accept travelling, hard-working and have good communication skills and team spirit.
- Fluent in spoken English or Chinese, and proficient in reading and writing.
