Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition Partnership
- Collaborate closely with site management and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and workforce plans aligned with business objectives
- Provide insights on market trends, recruitment challenges, and practical hiring solutions to support aggressive growth targets
- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and support strategic decision making
End-to-End Recruitment Leadership
- Manage large-scale recruitment activities for factory and production workforce hiring (Direct Labor)
- Lead hiring initiatives for technical, operational, and corporate functions (Indirect Labor)
- Develop and implement flexible recruitment approaches by combining internal hiring resources with external agencies and recruitment partners
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved efficiently in terms of quality, speed, and volume
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Development
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract talent in a competitive hiring market
- Build and maintain partnerships with government bodies, labor departments, universities, vocational institutions, and recruitment agencies
- Develop long term talent pipelines to support current and future workforce demands
Talent Acquisition Team & Process Development
- Establish scalable recruitment frameworks, processes, systems, and governance standards
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing Talent Acquisition team in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Promote operational excellence, accountability, and continuous process improvement across recruitment activities
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition leadership, particularly within high volume hiring environments
- Strong expertise in developing scalable recruitment strategies, systems, and operational models
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders as well as external recruitment partners
- Comfortable working in fast moving environments with ambitious hiring timelines and targets
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and result orientation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- Prior experience within manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of leading effectively under pressure
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilities
