Senior Sales Manager Banking

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure while expanding strategic banking relationships.
    • Design and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies to identify and convert high-value enterprise opportunities.
    • Drive consultative solution selling by building compelling business cases and engaging C-level stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive customer engagement, partner collaboration, and market intelligence.
    • Conduct account mapping and whitespace analysis to unlock upsell, cross-sell, and transformation opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
    • Lead internal governance processes and coordinate closely with product, legal, services, and delivery teams.
    • Oversee post-sale engagement to ensure service excellence and long-term client satisfaction.
    • Represent the company’s vision and product roadmap, positioning end-to-end solutions to address client business challenges.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 15+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, with direct exposure to banking or digital transformation solutions.
    • strong history of exceeding sales targets and managing complex, high-value deal cycles.
    • Proven ability to engage financial institutions in Vietnam, including C-level executives across IT and business functions.
    • In-depth understanding of Vietnam’s banking landscape, including core banking operations, self-service technologies such as ATMs and POS, and digital banking platforms.
    • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability in large-scale transactions.
    • Advanced strategic account management skills.
    • Consultative selling expertise with the ability to clearly articulate ROI and business value.
    • Highly driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in performance-focused environments.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within matrix organizations and partner ecosystems.
    • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
    • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
