Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for selling products within the assigned territory and achieving sales and debt collection targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales growth and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the technical/specification team to promote product specifications during the design phase to designers, consultants, and clients.
- Provide technical documentation, quotations, contracts, samples, product demos, and presentations as needed.
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to shape effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members to achieve overall business goals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly), including travel plans.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 4 - 5 years in the construction industry.
- Computer skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communicate in English.
- Soft skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
