Senior Marketing Executive

    We want an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to implement marketing activities in Vietnam, primarily focusing on Product and Brand Marketing. This function includes implementing localized campaigns and designing appropriate marketing. Creating material and modifying product features and message to engage Vietnamese audiences.


    Responsibilities

    Product Marketing (45%).

    • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create and coordinate product messaging for the Vietnamese market, ensuring local relevance and addressing market issues and opportunities.
    • Transform global strategy and product attributes into localized communications to increase awareness, comprehension, and acceptance.
    • Create and optimize product material for the Vietnamese audience, including user manuals, blogs, FAQs, brochures, and presentations, based on consumer insights.
    • Provide cross-functional teams with updated marketing tools to improve consumer experiences and messaging consistency. 
    • Ensure timely execution of localized go-to-market campaigns for product launches and upgrades. 
    • Increase product awareness and acceptance by combining global marketing strategy with localized execution.
    • Ensure success with customer-focused, market-relevant campaigns and materials.

    Brand Marketing Execution (40%). 

    • Manage social media with localized content on sites like Facebook and TikTok to engage audiences, develop followers, and create easy images. 
    • Collaborate with key opinion leaders to generate high-quality branded content that aligns with company branding.
    • Ensure correct execution and performance tracking. 
    • Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including events, workshops, and webinars.
    • Coordinate with agencies and track attendance and conversion rates. 
    • Create design materials (visuals, banners, posters, and infographics) that follow global brand rules and incorporate local changes as necessary. 
    • Ensure creative message and assets adhere to global brand requirements, with local changes as needed to appeal to the Vietnam audience.

    Performance Reporting (10%).

    • Track and report important results for all efforts, comparing performance against KPIs. 
    • Use data to discover areas for improvement, optimize campaign execution, and communicate results with stakeholders. 

    Cross-functional collaboration (5%). 

    • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in implementing Brand and Product Marketing initiatives. 
    • Coordinate with Central Marketing to align local activities with global strategy, including branding and marketing. 
    • Collaborate with BGO and Central Marketing to create Product Marketing material that aligns with consumer message. 
    • Work with internal teams (Sales, GBSS) and external stakeholders (agencies) on marketing initiatives.


    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of expertise in fintech or SaaS marketing execution, including Brand, Content, Field, and Product. 
    • Proven experience managing social media campaigns and implementing localized communication strategies in Vietnam.
    • Expertise in translating product characteristics into consumer message and developing customized campaigns. 
    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a closely related discipline. 
    • Experience with Vietnam B2B market trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Zalo, and WhatsApp.
