Senior Engineer - AI

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions for enterprise problems, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and modern machine learning models.
• Support model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization under guidance from senior engineers to meet performance and quality standards.
• Contribute to building and maintaining training and inference pipelines, working with GPU, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Infrastructure) to integrate AI models into real-world systems and monitor performance.
• Continuously research and adopt new AI technologies; share insights and experimental learnings with the team.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards on data security, system quality, and AI governance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML/Deep Learning, or strong project/research background (open to fresh graduates with hands-on experience).
• Practical experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating models (NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI); exposure to LLMs/Foundation Models is a plus.
• Experience working with AI pipelines via academic or real-world projects; familiarity with GPU, cloud, or AI computing environments.
• Programming and deployment capability for AI models; strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in teams.
• Understanding of data security and AI system quality standards in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, machine learning, and programming.
• Candidates with international education background or structured AI/ML training programs are preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are a plus.
