Key Responsibilities
Business & Process Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and process documentation.
- Map and document end to end transaction, reconciliation, and operational workflows.
- Review existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Bridge communication between business teams and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, system documentation, and related analysis materials.
Reconciliation & Data Analysis
- Analyze transaction, reconciliation, and operational data across multiple systems and platforms.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, exceptions, data inconsistencies, and system discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams to resolve identified issues.
- Perform data validation and ensure consistency across source systems, interfaces, and downstream platforms.
- Support data analysis for operational, management, and regulatory reporting.
System & Technical Analysis
- Develop a strong understanding of application functionality, system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
- Analyze APIs, database structures, interfaces, and interactions between systems.
- Reverse engineer existing applications and processes where formal documentation is limited or unavailable.
- Assess system and process impacts and contribute to solution design and technical discussions.
Migration & Transformation
- Support data migration, system implementation, and platform transformation projects.
- Analyze and validate source to target data mappings.
- Define data validation, reconciliation, and quality requirements for migration activities.
- Support testing, data validation, issue resolution, and business sign off throughout project delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Users, Engineers, Architects, Vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and business friendly language.
- Present analysis, findings, risks, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions to drive alignment and effective decision making.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Technical Business Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, interfaces, and end to end data flows.
- Hands on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes, systems, and data interactions.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Technology, and Delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex, cross functional environments.
