Senior Account Manager

    Industry: Insurance Brokerage

    Responsibilities

    • Leading, managing, and carrying out the agreed growth plan, budget for the assigned client portfolio, and participation in the annual planning cycle.
    • Managing the growth planning framework, which includes a consistent and shifting focus on the market assessment method
    • Continually discovering the most lucrative possibilities and important clients, while also fostering client relationships that have a favorable impact on sales and client retention.
    • Examining all paperwork for departing clients, such as renewal contracts and communications for client workshops.
    • Overseeing direct reports when necessary and ensuring that their goals are in line with the country's overarching plan

    Requirements

    • Account management/client management experience of at least 7 years, preferably in the insurance industry (Insurance broker & non-life insurance), banking, finance.
    • Excellent in English (verbal and written)
    • Strong business sense and credibility necessary to collaborate and communicate with C-Suite stakeholders
    • Demonstrated success in exceeding challenging sales goals, strong business development skills, and results-oriented personality.
    • Exceeding challenging sales goals, has great business development skills, and is results-oriented
    • Excellent at managing customer relationships and/or projects
