Sales Manager (SEA) 

    Job Purpose:
    Responsible for driving business development and sales of grinding-related equipment, services, and upgrade solutions across Thailand and Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on cement and milling markets. Lead the localization of offerings and provide regional support for technical solutions and project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales & Technical Solutions

    • Engage regularly with clients to address technical and commercial needs alongside bid managers.
    • Identify new opportunities for grinding technology, including new installations, revamps, and modernization.
    • Design mechanical and process concepts tailored to cement and milling applications; define sales strategies accordingly.
    • Develop proposals and technical documentation through tools like CRM.
    • Manage the bidding process and provide technical input during execution phases when needed.

    2. Business Development

    • Build and sustain strong customer relationships throughout Thailand and SEA.
    • Explore and expand sales opportunities across the region.
    • Attend industry conferences, track market trends, and monitor competitors and suppliers.
    • Provide sales and technical support for integrated heavy industry plant projects.

    3. Localization & Knowledge Sharing

    • Lead localization efforts in grinding technologies by defining regional scopes and sourcing strategies.
    • Deliver training to business development and technical teams in the region.
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer to strengthen local technical capabilities

    Requirements:
    Education

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Business-related fields.

    Experience

    • Minimum 5 years in sales, project execution, or technical roles in cement, milling, or similar heavy industry sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in solution sales, bidding, and project coordination.

    Technical Skills

    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Familiarity with CRM and sales/engineering platforms is a plus.
