Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms
- Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines and activity reports
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within logistics, transportation, trucking, freight forwarding, or related industries
- Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new customers
- Strong network and understanding of the logistics and transportation market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in generating new business opportunities
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of transportation and logistics operational processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling B2B logistics or transportation accounts
- Fluency in Japanese or Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage
- Having existing customer network is preferred
