Sales Manager (Garment & Textile)

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Commercial Responsibilities:

    • To develop sales plans and visit schedules for sales executives to ensure best services to clients.
    • To find and develop business relationship with potentials clients.
    • To communicate with other departments internally to make sure no impact to sales orders.
    • To monitor and coach sales staff for capacity enhancement.
    • To stay updated with market dynamics, trends and emerging needs of customers and work on sales plan and production plan accordingly.
    • To analyze and improve margin profit while maintain product quality as well as service quality.
    • To achieve payment collection target.
    • To analyze customers and market trends in supporting the company to develop appropriate business strategy.
    • To work with related team on marketing, brands branding….
    • To do other task as assigned by the company.

    Requirement and Experience:

    • University degree or equivalent in sales/ commercial studies.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/trading company, preferable B2B.
    • Good sales achievement, preferably in garment related field.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Good sales strategy and planning.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Good analytical skills with numerical acumen.
    • Independence working ability.
    • Result oriented, strategic thinking, customer service mindset.
