Sales Manager (Electric Power)

    1. Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist the company in achieving the yearly Target
    • Generate new leads by searching for new markets and Customers.
    • Contact customers and follow them to know their demands and to ascertain the level of satisfaction.
    • Provide the customer with the required support in the technical points and Respond to their comments and requirements.
    • Prepare technical material submitting
    •  Follow up on pending projects with clients. Solving any client problems.
    • Sell and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
    • Prepare outlet proprietors / supervisors on items , offering apparatuses point of deal materials and guaranty
    • Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new products and services.
    •  Build and develop new and positive distributors with dealers by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
    • Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job Accomplishments.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Manage team members and collaborate with other departments.

    2. Requirements

    • B.Sc. degree in Electrical Power Engineering or equivalent
    • Availability to travel when needed
    • Preferred experience in electrical power distribution
    • Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Excellent selling, communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
