    Description

    Main activities

    • Develop a plan to grow customers
    • Provide leads and inquiries
    • Make sales calls and visits
    • Construct and deliver marketing presentations.
    • Keep in touch with the consultant and the regions' departments of investment and planning
    • Archive the sale objective

    External activities (before sales)

    • Follow up on sales leads;
    • Create estimate, quotation, and proposal (with SSE support)
    • Compile information for bidding, participate in project bidding negotiate contract terms and conditions, and plan and estimate project schedules (with Project Engineer)
    • Before submitting a quotation, discuss it with the area sale manager and gain their approval if necessary.
    • Archive the sale objective

    External activities (after sales)

    • Create CPBD and JAF (with SSE support)
    • Keep track of delivery and master schedules (to follow up with client)
    • Coordinate and prepare for customer visits (with SSE support)
    • Keep track of modification requests and variations; add contract addendums as necessary; and adjust prices as necessary.
    • Keep track of any actions that must be taken to ensure a seamless delivery

    Compiling Activities

    • Create a three-month sales projection and a sales release report
    • Write a quote activity report
    • Write a yearly report on marketing
    • Compile competition data 
    • Write a report on lost jobs

    Sale Improvement Plan

    • Growing Builders and Distributors in current markets
    • Participating in forums, seminars, and engineering groups;
    • Always analyzing the pricing strategy of competitors to reposition

    Requirements

    • Civil/mechanical engineering degree from an accredited university or its equivalent
    • At least three to five years of experience in a comparable role, preferably with pre-engineered steel structures, industrial facilities, warehouses, steel structural projects, or building supplies
    • Confident and outgoing, self-starter, well-organized, systematic, negotiation skills, analysis skills, excellent English communication skills, and leadership skills.
    • Organized, systematic, innovative, proactive, and result-oriented.
