Job Purpose
- To support the implementation of the AREA commercial plan which meets distribution, coverage and volume objectives.
- To manage appointed distributors and retailers in the assigned areas in order to meet distribution and volume objectives
- The position is based in Da Nang City. He/she hierarchically reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Key Responsibility
- Implement the area commercial plan that meets the volume objectives of the National Commercial plan and is in line with brand strategy and the needs of the trade;
- Manage the credit of the distributors and key retailers to ensure timely payment to the Company;
- Manage the distribution within the area in order to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market;
- Implement local presence within the Area of promotion programs with optimum use of resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance;
- Ensure all point of sales materials are tidily displayed at the best locations inside the retail outlets;
- Establish close working relationships with the distributors, retailers and local authorities to gain high levels of support
- Provide commercial and competitive information and reports on the performance of distributors to ensure that the Area Sales Manager is fully informed at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous Sales Executives experience with water heater category and/ or consumer electronics, home appliances, building materials.
- Have experience to work and manage distributors.
- Prefer Male candidates
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Effective negotiation skills and selling skills;
- Able to work within a team
