Location: Industrial Leasing
Responsibilities:
•    Maintain relationships with external parties such as authorities, agencies, consulting firms, banks, and contractors to obtain timely inquiries or market information.
•    Collaborate with internal departments to collect documents and information on construction progress and project status to respond to customer inquiries.
•    Organize or participate in events hosted by business associations, agents, and government bodies.
•    Execute transactions and negotiate with customers according to the approved sales policies and strategies.
•    Handle IRC/ERC-related tasks with investors, guiding them and their consultants to ensure smooth and timely acquisition of necessary licenses.
•    Regularly update and report to the Direct Manager on the status of ongoing client negotiations.
•    Contact tenants with outstanding payments, based on lists provided by the accounting team, and ensure prompt debt collection.
•    Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
•    Graduated with a major in relevant fields. 
•    Strong verbal and email communication skills in Chinese (HSK 4 and above).
•    Proficient in English communication.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•    Skilled in sales, presentation, negotiation, and communication.
•    Experience in the real estate business and industrial parks, as well as networking with authorities, is preferred.
•    Willingness to attend business trips and participate in welcome parties with customers and partners.
