Retail Marketing Manager

    1. Job Overview:
    This position will lead marketing programs to deliver marketing strategies and support the business targets.

    2. Job Responsibilities:
    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Get updated information about competitor activities, strategies, pricing, and promotions programs
    • Update the competitive data to Sales for weekly sales meeting
    • Analyze market competitive environment data to propose proper marketing programs

    Retail Marketing Program Development and Execution:

    • Lead the development of retail marketing initiatives
    • Develop detailed retail campaign plans, including objectives, target audiences, budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Co-work with the Brand Manager to implement campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, events, and promotions.
    • Support for Dealer Marketing activities nationwide by providing the directions, concepts, or guidelines to execute the retail campaigns
    • Provide clear instructions, templates, and best practices to dealerships to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
    • Prepare documents for the payment process after the completion of each marketing program or Dealer support
    • Event Management support for Primary Brand or Nameplates

    Partnership Development and Management:

    • Develop and sustain partnership programs to offer additional benefits to customers
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations/ banks to expand reach, generate leads, and drive sales.
    • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

    3. Requirements 
    Education & Experience:

    • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales or a related field within a fast-paced, dynamic industry (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics), preferably in the automotive sector.

    Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Understanding of business plan, brand positioning & management and consumer insight.
    • Understanding of media planning & creative asset management
    • Understanding of Vietnamese consumer's buying behaviour in the automotive industry
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills for conducting market research and competitive analysis.
    • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to various audiences.
    • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work
    • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant sales and marketing software.

    Industry & Market Knowledge:

    • Basic knowledge of the automobile industry, market segmentation
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition and the Vietnamese government's policies in the auto industry
