Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers with technical documentation and product compliance advice (GMO, allergen, etc.).
- Monitor and interpret new regulations, advising colleagues on how to adapt operations.
- Assist key staff with regulatory matters and upcoming regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback on procedures and interactions with other departments.
- Maintain vigilance in health and safety matters.
- Support the Quality Control Analyst (secondary duty).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant regulatory experience in fragrances or flavors.
- Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food Science degree preferred.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Expertise in interpreting complex regulations and using regulatory software.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and independent work style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment.
