The company's primary business is establishing and overseeing investment funds in Vietnam. Additionally, it provides a range of retail consumers with portfolio management and financial counseling services.
The applicant will join a small, entrepreneurial team working to grow business operations. The candidate will be in charge of a regional sales team for the domestic (Vietnamese) market, with a focus on retail clients. Nonetheless, they ought to be able to assist with fundraising and sales to clientele who are institutions.
Duties
- Develop a plan for contacting each partner's center of influence to boost sales.
- Use techniques and tactics to collaborate with bank and non-bank partners to achieve sales targets.
- To grow your business, help your bank and non-bank partners on a daily basis, provide outstanding service, and establish reliable connections with everyone in those organizations at all levels.
- Track and assess your sales success weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Make any required adjustments to keep your sales on target.
- Develop, disseminate, and offer ongoing product and sales training to partner sales teams.
- Work with the retail business development team to create and implement sales incentive programs, customer promotions programs, and other promotional efforts through channels of partner
Requirements
- 8 years of total work experience, of which at least 5 must have been in the financial services industry (fund management, commercial banking, securities brokerage, insurance); knowledge of bancassurance from a significant insurance company is a bonus.
- 5 years or more in a sales position, with retail customers as the target market
