Tasks:
- Manage quality activities within factories across Asian Region.
- Make necessary plans and take necessary steps to bring the quality system in all factories in compliance with clients’ requirements
- Strong quality management mindset, implementation method is a must.
- Understand testing and compliance audit requirements of different clients.
- Communicate quality standards to related people or departments.
- Take part in all production process from development to final inspections.
- Monitor sample approval process and pre-production analysis.
- Give training and monitor factory QA/QC performance.
- Make root cause analysis in case of complaints and make CAP.
- Conduct internal audit.
Requirement and Experience:
- Graduated from garment related college or university.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in garment quality management position.
- Honest, good manner, hardworking.
- Quickly adapted and resourceful in all circumstances.
- Preferred oversea experience.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, highly productive, problem solving.
