Job Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and maintenance of quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
- Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate with external auditors.
- Set up departmental KPIs, procedures, and performance standards.
- Review audit results and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize and lead cross-functional quality meetings.
- Review and approve quality plans, inspection, and testing programs.
- Ensure effective document control across departments.
- Monitor compliance with company quality and safety policies.
- Maintain relationships with customers and third-party inspectors.
- Prepare reports on non-conformities, process issues, and customer claims.
- Track customer satisfaction and report to top management.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate QA/QC team performance.
- Manage departmental budget and resource planning.
- Continuously improve QA/QC processes and internal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC within a multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of international quality and safety standards.
- Experience with technical processes such as fabrication, inspection, or industrial production is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and technical tools (e.g., AutoCAD is an advantage).
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
