Job Responsibility
- Manage the purchasing process, including PO issuance and supplier follow-up on quality, delivery, and payment settlement.
- Source and develop local and overseas suppliers to build a stable and competitive supplier base.
- Conduct cost analysis and maintain market-competitive pricing databases for assigned categories.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Lead purchasing activities for assigned projects and coordinate closely with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Manage frame contracts and support negotiation strategies for major spending categories.
- Ensure compliance with global purchasing policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in relevant purchasing roles.
- Strong in communication, negotiation, financial and operational analysis
- Excellent communication and written English skills.
