Job Responsibility:
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers such as furniture showrooms, interior designers, contractors, and project developers.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate sofa and furniture solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts.
- Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Follow up on project execution and support clients through after-sales service.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Keep up to date with market trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
- Report on sales performance and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
Job Requirement:
- College or University degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in B2B or project-based furniture sales (preferably sofa or home furnishing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good aesthetic sense and basic knowledge of furniture materials and styles.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under sales pressure.
- Preferably with the existing network of interior designers, project contractors, or showroom clients.
- English proficiency is an advantage if dealing with overseas partners or foreign clients.
Provide shuttle bus from HCMC, Dong Nai.
