Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage the project sales activities in the Southern region.
- Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of the project sales team to ensure effective execution.
- Take full ownership of achieving project sales targets in the assigned region.
- Develop and standardize internal processes, documents, and systems; train team members to meet business requirements.
- Build and expand relationships with investors and design consultants to identify new project opportunities and increase product specification chances.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; support fabricators and partners in product supply, technical consultation, and installation.
- Participate in setting sales targets and action plans; drive execution to ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop new partners and maintain existing ones to grow project channel sales.
- Coordinate with construction supervision teams and partners to ensure proper installation, quality, and project progress.
- Support in handling project-related issues with investors and main contractors.
- Follow up with partners on payment collection and delivery schedules in line with contractual agreements.
- Execute management directives, track progress, and provide regular updates on implementation status.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Construction, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project sales within the building materials industry.
- Existing network with project investors and construction contractors is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset and solid knowledge of building materials business.
- Good understanding of industry regulations, legal framework, and the construction market in Vietnam.
- Strong planning, execution, problem-solving, and performance management skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Independent and team-working capability.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office.
