Project Manager

    RESPOSIBILITIES

    · Create a thorough project plan that outlines the duties, deadlines, and resources needed to construct the pension platform.

    · Lead efforts to improve sales tools

    · To guarantee the project's successful completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance specialists from Technology Solutions & Digital Business teams and other stakeholders.

    · Work together with internal and external partners to compile and record pension platform needs.

    · Oversee the project budget, making sure that resources are used efficiently

    · To guarantee that the pension platform satisfies the highest requirements of functionality, security, and user experience, put in place a strong quality assurance procedure.

    · Manage testing initiatives, such as user acceptability, functional, and integration testing.

    · Give top management and important stakeholders regular information on the status of the project, the milestones that have been reached, and any potential obstacles.

    · Promote efficient communication throughout the various project teams and departments.

    · Determine possible risks and problems that can affect the project's success and create backup plans to deal with them as soon as they arise.

    REQUIREMENTS

    · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

    · At least 5years experience in digital project management, preferably in the development of financial software or Financial-related projects

    · Fluent communication in English both in speaking and writing

    · Strong knowledge in digital technology

    · Proficiency in project management method and software.

    · Understanding of financial products i.e pension schemes, … would be an advantage.
