Job Responsibilities
- In charge of site assessment, site control, land acquisition and other facilities to facilitate renewable energy (RE) system installation. Detailed SOW includes prospecting, site identification/assessment, liasion with local government, due diligence, building & managing relationship with property owner
- Develop the strategy to secure land for RE projects in collaboration with management, internal & external stakeholders
- Collaborate with project legal, technical, legal and finance teams to support the project development process.
- Manage, maintain data rooms, project summary and tracking tools
- Manage local offices during land lease and purchase process.
Job Requirements
- From 08 years of experience in real estate industry, including 5 years exposure in rural areas
- Strong partnership with provincial and local governments
- Knowledge of the local renewable energy market, MNCs exposure will be preferred
- High autonomy with problem solving skills
- Fluency in English
