Production Manager

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. This role also focuses on leading and developing the production team, ensuring workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

    • Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet business targets.
    • Oversee all stages of production, including raw material preparation, forming, firing, glazing, finishing, and packaging.
    • Ensure production output, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
    • Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
    • Coordinate closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
    • Monitor and control production costs, including materials, labor, and energy consumption.
    • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with Quality Control, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
    • Prepare regular production reports and propose actionable improvement initiatives.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields
    • Minimum 5 years of production management experience
    • Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
    • Proven ability to manage factory operations and lead large teams
    • Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
    • Proficient in ERP/MES and Microsoft Office tools
    • Good English communication skills
