Job Description :
- Prepare product launch plan and execute it, including value proposition, segmentation/targeting, messaging, selling tools, operations and sales training modules
- Routinely collect and review key metrics, customer feedback, industry trends, competitive offerings, guidelines, and relevant journal publications
- Responsible for translating complex scientific and medical publications into clear sales messages and updating the sales team with regular training program
- Develop programs and initiatives that improve customer experience and strengthen retention of customer base.
- Engage and travel with field sales representatives to understand the current selling environment, competitive products, and customer needs.
- Manages activities related to the development and execution of the strategic and tactical marketing plans.
- Deeply understand the product workflow and technical details from a customer perspective.
