Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Manage and allocate labor, machines, and materials effectively to maximize productivity.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate production teams while fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure product quality standards are met and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Improve production processes by applying Lean/6S principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company regulations and environmental standards.
- Control production costs, optimize material usage, and minimize scrap rates.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to maintain stable machine and equipment conditions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in wood/furniture manufacturing.
- Strong experience in export furniture production, finishing techniques (PU/coating), managing teams of 100+ workers, good English communication, and willingness to work in Binh Duong.
