Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and implement process improvement projects to optimize manufacturing operations and ensure compliance with production standards and process plans.
- Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes, develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare samples and test raw material, lead the implementation of new production processes, equipment, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, develop action plans, and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Develop new products and improving existing products by analyze the entry requirements, design product specifications and establishing critical control points.
- Document and communicate product and process development results to stakeholders, including executives, heads of department and operators.
- Collaborate with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop efficient and cost-effective production processes.
- Research and purchase new manufacturing technology new manufacturing technologies to improve production capability and operational performance.
Requirements
- Graduated in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in process engineer with the ability to handle a manufacturing process throughout its lifecycle, including: process development, new product introduction (NPI), trial, process validation, mass production, and continuous improvement....
- Ability to establish and maintain manufacturing specifications, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Have practical experience in applying Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Good English communication skills.
- Self-learning mindset with the ability to quickly understand new manufacturing technologies and production processes.
