Private Relationship Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Provide a “Wealth Management” solutions / advice to High Net Worth Individual
    • Find, Attract and Win new clients
    • Nurture and Retain existing clients and entice former clients back into the Bank
    • Continuously develop relationships with a portfolio of clients
    • Provide a “Single Point of entry” into the Bank with an efficient access to a network of specialists
    • Act as a Personal Wealth Manager; draw up a comprehensive asset strategy which reflects the dynamic between personal and business assets 
    • Maximize client assets and revenues from its AUM (Asset Under Management)
    • Build market share, able to enhance client asset size over time
    • Actively involved in new business development, able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities
    • Stay up-to-date with proucts and services, provide insight for new product development
    • Monitor tasks for quality assurance to meet client servicing needs

    Requirements

    • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
    • Fluent in English and Chinese is strongly preferred as this role is required to deal with clients
    • PWMA qualification is an advantage
    • Solid credit with strong banking knowledge and business ethics
    • Excellent connections in the respective private banking market
    • Well-versed in the Banking Reforms / Regulatory Changes in the market
    • Extremely conscious of the high Sensitivity and Confidentiality requirement of the market 
    • Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred
