JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for carrying out the local Health Solutions revenue growth plan and concentrating on sales and growth.
- Carrying out the agreed-upon growth plan, budgeting for allotted revenue, and participating in the yearly planning cycle.
- Keeping a regular and shifting focus on the Market Assessment process while managing the framework for growth planning.
- Co-ownership of the Pipeline with the Manager
- Making certain that Revenue Engine is utilized in accordance with The Company's Local Market Plans (LMP). -joint Marketing (Campaigns), Customer Service, and Innovation/Client Value
- Aligning, coordinating, and concentrating the finest resources to pipeline possibilities.
- Putting all best practice sales and marketing techniques into action.
- Establishing KPI performance (Local Market Planning, Numbers of cold calls/meetings obtained) and executing in accordance with specified standards.
- Constantly finding key clients and areas with the most opportunity, while building connections with clients that have a positive impact on sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 4 years experience in sales B2B, Corporate Sales/Business Development role
- Fluent in Chinese
- Must be open minded, well-connected, good interpersonal skill and adapt to change
- Proficient in MS Office
