RESPONSIBILITIES
Business
- Create and maintain connections to attract and register Anchor (Enterprise) customers and financial institution partners as users of the platform.
- Keep an eye on how well partnership programs are performing, evaluating, among other things, their capacity to find excellent clients in target marketswithwhom to develop relationships involving many products.
- Figure out how to improve partnership programs' strategic fit and performancetoboost the platform's effectiveness.
People
- Promote teamwork by offering ongoing feedback on the workplace.
- Participate as a team in executing the overall business strategy. Governance
- Take immediate action and elevate any risk or control vulnerability as soonasitisdiscovered, making sure to address it swiftly and through the right committees.
- Collaborate with several stakeholders to build a framework for risk andcontrol that is appropriate and will not materially jeopardize the Group's ability tomaintainits risk appetite.
- Become familiar with the necessary bank procedures and governance frameworks.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Take personal responsibility for ensuring that the highest levels of ethics, including regulatory and business behavior, are embedded throughout the Group by displaying exemplary behaviour and living by the company's values and code of conduct. This involves being aware of and ensuring adherence to all applicablelaws,rules, standards, and the Group Code of Conduct in both text and spirit.
- Take the initiative in leading the effort to achieve the goals outlined intheGroup'sConduct Principles. - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance issueseffectively and collaboratively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 working years, experienced in Sales Management / Relationship Management or Partner Management in MNCs/ Corporations.
- Relationship building and influencing – ability to build strong relationships acrossinternal and external stakeholders / partners.
- Team Player
- Ability to help other team members on delivery companystrategy.
